2 Ingredient Strawberry Sorbet (No Churn)
Easy, healthy, 2-ingredient strawberry sorbet made with strawberries & maple syrup! It take minutes to prepare and does not require an ice cream maker.

- 1 lb. 16 oz./454 g strawberries, hilled and sliced
- 1/4 cup 75 mL maple syrup
- Optional: pinch of fine sea salt
Spread the strawberries onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour until firm but not frozen solid (see tip if strawberries are frozen solid).
Place the strawberries, maple syrup and optional salt in a food processor or high speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides of container several times.
Enjoy the sorbet immediately, soft-serve style, or pack into a freezer-safe container and freeze at least 1 hour until firm enough to scoop.
Storage: Store the sorbet in a freezer safe container in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Tip: If the strawberries are frozen solid, let thaw slightly (about 15 minutes at room temperature or 15 seconds in microwave).
