3-Ingredient Banana Almond Breakfast Shake (Vegan)

It only takes 2 minutes and 3 ingredients to whip up this thick, creamy breakfast shake. Frozen bananas deliver natural sweetness and create the rich texture while almond milk and whole almonds add pure protein.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 medium-large ripe bananas, frozen
  • 2/3 cup nondairy milk I used almond milk
  • 8 whole almonds
  • Optional: large pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cut the frozen banana into pieces. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blender until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.
