How to Make Cauliflower Rice {grain-free, keto, paleo, vegan}

A quick how-to for making cauliflower rice, a healthy replacement for grains that can be used in place of rice in all of your favorite recipes! It is grain-free, vegan, keto, paleo, vegan, and low-carb.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower about 6 inches/15 cm diameter

Instructions

  • Trim all of the leaves from the cauliflower. Cut in half, lengthwise, and cut out the core.
  • Cut or break the cauliflower into medium florets. Place half of the florets in a food processor and process until they are the texture and size of rice. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
  • Use raw in salads, or cook (e.g., steam or sauté) for 2 to 5 minutes for use in any of your favorite recipes that call for traditional rice.
