Spring Cleaning Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups chopped kale leaves stems and tough rib removed
  • 1/2 cup frozen cubed mango or banana
  • 1 small seedless orange peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: 1-2 drops stevia optional
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1/3 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender; puree on high speed until blended and smooth. Add the ice cubes; process until smoothie is thick and smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
