1-1/4cupschopped kale leavesstems and tough rib removed
1/2cupfrozen cubed mango or banana
1small seedless orangepeeled
1cupcold water
1/4cupfresh mint leaves
Optional: 1-2 drops steviaoptional
Optional: 1 teaspoon green tea powder
1/3cupice cubes
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender; puree on high speed until blended and smooth. Add the ice cubes; process until smoothie is thick and smooth.
Serve immediately.
