Place the thawed green peas, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor, Pulse, using on/off pulses, until blended but not entirely smooth.
Scrape the guacamole into a small serving bowl and stir in the hot sauce and salt to taste.
Cover the guacamole and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
Serve with tortillas chips or serve as an accompaniment to Mexican or Tex-Mex dishes.
