we are an older couple trying to eat healthy and someone told us about your site. We saw The Chickpea Breadsticks and thought I would give it a try. I reread the recipe three times to make sure I didn't mess anything up. these did not turn out well. Hope the squirrels like them cause we thought they were very dry and no flavour at all.

Hello, I have your chickpea flour cookbook and any of the recipes you have that have molasses you say don't use blackstrap. I was curious what's the difference between that type and regular molasses? Especially, since any health food store near me only have blackstrap (Wholesome brand or one other one). I figure I would need to get the brand with the grandma picture on it at the regular grocery store. What brand do you use when you don't want to use blackstrap? Thank you.

Hello,

I just stumbled upon your site, desperately looking for GF, vegan cookie recipes. Yesterday I took it upon myself to make brownies with what I thought were sensible substitutions. What a mess! Gave me a laugh. Today I'm making biscotti from your site. What a relief! I think everyone at our holiday celebration will like these.

I will be trying many more of your recipes.

Hi Camilla, I have been totally enjoying your Super Easy Vegan Grain-free tortillas! I am gluten intolerant and the breads available in the market all seem to have oil and/or eggs. I've used this recipe for tacos as well as sandwiches. Love it! Looking forward to trying more of your easy recipes.
