Hi Jill! I am so glad that you like the recipe :). You can add miso when you blend the lentils, or whisk it in with the additional water in the saucepan. Cheers!

Hi, I see that you are amazing in the field of tofu making. Any chance you could make a pumpkin seed tofu similar to pumfu? I am scared to try this out incase I mess up the recipe. Thanks

YOUR RECIPE for Gluten-Free Buckwheat Sandwich Bread calls for using Buckwheat flour and Brown Rice flour but doesn't say how much to use for either...?

Hi I can't find my question and your reply on the comments section. I am desperate to make some bread I can eat as I am allergic to pysillum husk, nuts and eggs and all grins except millet and tapioca.

Maybe you have not replied yet. But I could not find my comment to you today.

I haven't had bread for along time and really miss it. Please can you advise me on this
