You're a genius. I baked your buckwheat sandwich loaf yesterday for the first time after spending the last 6 weeks on the internet searching for something gluten free that tasted good! It seemed like a wild goose chase. I looked at the products on offer in the supermarkets but no, they either looked limp, pale or were ridiculously expensive. Then I happened upon the link to your website during another search. To cut a long story short, I gave up gluten and dairy 6 weeks ago after realising that these two foods (or the proteins in them) were having an detrimental affect on my health but last night I had toast ... whoop whoop! Thank you for spending so much time testing and refining these recipes and sharing them through your website. There are so many I want to bake or make. Anyway, just a wee message from the UK to pass on my gratitude and appreciation.

I am so happy that you found my site and thrilled that you like the buckwheat bread. Hi, I just read your guest post on the Bob's Red Mill website from 2013 entitled, "Cooking Grains in Your Sleep" and was wondering what size thermos you used for a single serving, and if you have any brand recommendations. My husband is on the road often, and I would love to send him a thermos and easy instructions for a healthy breakfast. Thanks so much!
