Can I use dry dates powder in vanila cakes instead of coconut sugar?

Hi Umesh, Date powder or date sugar? Date sugar should work great as a 1:1 sub. I have not worked with date powder (I had to look up a few brands). It sounds like it could work based on the brand descriptions (that mention it is good for baking). Always good to test it first to see if any adjustments need to be made.

Well, Camilla, I had my bananas mashed and added the oatmeal before I realized that you had not listed the amounts for almond flour and baking powder for your vegan banana bars. I think I can wing it.
