Hey Camilla,

I just came across your recipes for grain free tortillas using beans and/or lentils. I just think that's the coolest thing since sliced bread! Are you cooking the dry beans before you blend them in tortillas or do you beans once they're in their tortilla form? Also, when pressed for time, can I use already cooked canned beans (instead of dry) to make these tortillas?

Is it ok to use sprouted buckwheat in the bread recipe.

If so, would soaking still be necessary? Thank you for all you do.
